Hello everyone,

 

This is the work I can do for those who need to measure up their houses. The following drawings were made to Roger and Tania, a couple, who own a house built at Christchurch early 1960's. They decided to renovate their place, so they looked for information about their house plans at the City Council.

Since they didn’t find any plans they hired me to measure up their building. Within 22 hours, I finished measuring the place. Now they have all the information they need to prepare the working drawings before asking the local builders to submit a price for their home renovation, and I can also help them with soma  ideas for the new house.

Which steps do you take to build an addition on your house or business or rebuild them? 

First of all you will need to supply some information to Council's Building Inspectors to facilitate the issue of the necessary consents.

After that you will need a set of plans that you can give your builder.

 

 

 

So if you need to measure up your building, for the reasons I mentioned about, I can do that.
