Hi Me & My sister are looking at our options we would like to start looking to buy own home but still not sure if we should buy our current house now (that we rent) and renovate it or to buy a new house in the onehunga/royal oak area. Our Parents are getting abit older now & there've always wanted to buy their own home but have never really got the chance to do so, as we had to fork out alot of money during the years for our customs/traditions (being niuean/samoan theres lots:/) So the kids want to do it for them.

There is no one that we know of own there houses in auckland so we're not tooo sure on who to ask

*Our current house that we are renting is getting mouldy & iwas wondering if the price of the house would be lower because so.

We are still not sure & want all th help we can get. So please HELP US :)
