New release house models, colonial style cottages and a much loved former show home were all popular attractions to those visiting the McRaeway Home's stand at the recently held Queenstown Home and Garden Show. The show was held on Friday 18th to Sunday 20th February 2011 at the Queenstown Events Centre.
McRaeway Homes recently released 4 new house models - the Westy 2 storey, Murdoch, improved Hamilton and new layout Ingleton. Of these, particular interest was shown in the new Murdoch and Hamilton models. The new Murdoch contains 4 bedrooms, expansive storage and rooms that capture all day sun, while the improved Hamilton now has the addition of a 4th bedroom and easier flow throughout. Also of appeal to those in the Central Otago region were the Westy 2 and Westy 3, single-storied colonial-style cottages from The Great Bach Series. The former "McLaren" Cromwell Show Home also continues to remain popular and many people had taken the time to frequent the home until its closure in October last year, with interest in the model still high. Attending the stand was McRaeway Home's Central Otago Sales Principal Steve Brown, along with other members of the McRaeway Home's team.
The Queenstown Home and Garden Show was a first for the region, with Manager David Grieve commenting the show was "absolutely brilliant." Attendance was positive for the first-time event, attracting between 4,000 - 4,500 people over the three days. In a month's time McRaeway Homes will now be attending the 2011 Timaru Herald Home and Lifestyle Show from Friday 25th - Sunday 27th March 2011. The show is being held at the SBS Sports Centre on Morgan's Road in Timaru and is open from 10am - 7pm on Friday and Saturday and from 10am - 6pm on Sunday. Be sure to visit stands 4 and 5 for local knowledge, new plans and professional one-to-one expertise.
