Have you ever wondered what your addition may look like in 3D.

3D CAD technology has become quicker to use and now is becoming more affordable for those wanting fast and accurate (to scale) images.

I have just produced examples of this which shows a basic home with a bedroom extension added, but more complex models can be built from just a single photo. Vanishing points in the perspective can be set up so that the model is viewed within the picture. Images from the photo (or other images) can then be appiled to the model "painted" to give semi-realistic and professional images.

The model can then be advanced to a CAD file for incorporating into Consent drawings if required, or used simply for colour schemes.

This services is very good for obtaining neighbours approval if required prior to Resource and Building consent applications and can be used for real time shadow / sun shading diagrams.

Modeling addition is all done in 3D dimension

Internal view options can also be added from the model, along with applying to materials and textures the real Resene paint colours from their colour charts. this gives you a true vision.
